Charles B. Beyer, Bubba, has been with Storm Water Solutions since its inception in 2001. A finance/marketing graduate of Georgetown University, Bubba oversees the General Operations of the organization. With oversight of over 100 employees, Bubba has been instrumental in molding Storm Water Solutions into the industry leader it is today. From consulting to inspecting, Bubba is involved in every aspect of SWS. Bubba is also active in the community as a member of the Bayou Preservation Association, Greater Houston Builders Association, and Houston Contractors Association.
Gene Krejci is a native of northwest Houston, graduating from Cypress Falls High School in Cypress, Texas. He attended Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana earning both a Bachelors of Science degree in Management and a Masters degree in Accounting. For the past five years he has worked with all state-issued storm water permits published under the Texas Pollutant Discharge Elimination System. Gene currently consults small municipalities, construction site operators, and industrial site operators during recordkeeping audits performed by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality and other regulatory agencies.
Nathan Giessinger heads up the Storm Water Quality and Municipal Operations for SWS. A graduate of Texas Tech, Nathan has been an integral part of Storm Water Solutions a college intern and later as a division manager since 2003. Nathan has heavy highway and commercial construction experience on a national level. Nathan now heads up the prominent Storm Water Quality division with involvement in AWBD, AGC, and the HCA groups as an important resource for permit and regulatory compliance.
Justin Cox is a graduate from Southwest Texas State University with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Industrial-Construction Technology. Upon graduation he came back to his home town of Spring Texas where he worked for the Morganti Group as an Estimator and then an Assistant Project Manager on large commercial job sites. He later joined the Storm Water Solutions Team to pursue a career in storm water pollution prevention. As the Senior Project Manager at Storm Water Solutions he currently manages the field work and compliance for new construction.
